• Utilizing European pre-expansion technology, it expands 80% immediately after spraying, quickly filling the rail joint gaps with an accuracy of ±0.5mm, eliminating the risk of thermal expansion and contraction. With a closed-cell rate exceeding 95% and an elastic compressive strength maintained at 3.2 MPa, it provides a flexible buffer layer for a 60,000-ton rail network, reducing vibration transmission by 60%.
